Standard pricing includes 2 indoor samples + 1 outdoor control. Properties with multiple areas of concern, multiple floors, or specific problem rooms may benefit from additional samples at $75 each.
IAQ testing alone tells you what's in the air. The full assessment also investigates where moisture is coming from. If you have visible mold, water history, or strong odors — the full assessment is worth the additional cost.
Adding IAQ testing to an existing home inspection saves $100 because we're already mobilized to the property. A standalone visit requires a dedicated trip, which is reflected in the higher starting price.
